1. The computer should have color-coded cords and guides to simplify the process of setting it up. The customer is able to set up the computer in minutes.

2. It is simple to use and provides clear, step-by-step instructions in every day English to help you use all the features.

3. It provides easy Internet access and all the utilities like email, Internet surfing, chat rooms, and newsgroups are easily available.

4. The computer should work with both a TV and a monitor. Even if no computer monitor is available, the PC should work with a TV.

Though personal computers were available for several decades, their usage increased only when the cost of the hardware decreased. Even they they could be only used for data compilation and calculation.

As internet connectivity improved, the number of household purchasing computers increased significantly. In addition to email, which is the most widely used application , the internet is used for searching information and entertainment.
